I’m Debbie J Wilbon, a newly licensed real estate broker in Washington State, excited to take my principles of teaching and applying them in the real estate industry. A Georgia native, high school English Language Arts teacher in the classroom for 15 years, decided that when I moved to the Pacific Northwest that I wanted to do something different and exciting.

When I moved with my son (active military), daughter-in-law and two grandchildren to Washington State, they purchased their second home via the internet. Their agent was professional, courteous, tech savvy and amenable during the entire process. We literally got off of the plane from Tennessee to Washington and walked directly into the new home. We were greeted by the real estate agent with a bottle of champagne and pizza! I immediately thought to myself that this is the kind of real estate agent I’d like to be. He left an indelible mark on me.

I will always have a passion for teaching, and now I can incorporate that passion into being a compassionate real estate broker. I love supporting people by nature whether convincing my (former) students to try a reading technique or persuading a department of English teachers to try a new literacy strategy to yield higher test scores for their students, I can be successful in realestate. I’m results driven, professional, knowledgeable, patient, understanding, outgoing, and excited to be a member of the Windermere Real Estate team in Puyallup, WA.
